A collection of large print Western-themed books is now available at the McCall Public Library as part of a cooperative of two library groups. The collection will change every two months under a program sponsored by the South West Idaho Rural Library System and Valley Mountain Library Constortium.

New Meadows Easter Egg Hunt

The Easter fun begins at 11am at the March 22 at Meadows Valley High School. The event has been moved indoors because of snow. All ages are welcome, and four age groups will be designated. Baskets will be goiven to all youths, including a grand prize basket. For more info call 207-347-2366.

Masters World Cup gave McCall a special feel

"I'd like to send a huge thank you to all the volunteers who helped to make the Masters World Cup in McCall such a great event. I don't think the week could have possibly been any better. I can't express my gratitude enough. I'd also like to thank the participants, especially those who traveled here from far away lands. Your presence and friendly smiles enriched our town. I really loved the feel of McCall this past week, all the pedestrians, backpacks and all the free public transportation. "

Save this date! 4/12/2008 9:00 AM - 4/13/2008 5:00 PM. Brundage Mountain Crazy Daze. Limitless fun in the sun to wrap up a great ski season. Events include: Pond Skimming, Poker Run, Ski marathon and much, much more. Pond Skimming is scheduled for Saturday, April 12th, with a Spring Fling concert Sunday, featuring Bouncing Souls and Static Radio New Jersey. All events are free!
